Just applied with them myself, as their compensation package sounded pretty good, and reefers are usually always rolling pretty well. Good luck to ya.

There equipment is a few freightshakers mid roofs 70" sleepers but they are mainly petes and kws and once the freightshakers retire they are only doin petes and kws and maybe sum internationals they might try em with a few to see if the drivers like em. The uniform policy is u only wear the polo when ur at the customers but when ur rollin wear what u want. Im in class right now so ill just type as I go. But I did find out they are 1 of the smaller companies and every driver that went into the office was called by there name. Also found out that the owner even take loads if its a hot 1 and they really need it. Also all the trucks have apus heat/ac so no need to idle so that's good

Wed was normal borin day of paperwork and watchin videos and learnin the peoplenet. Wel seem like a good company like if u breakdown ur put up in a hotel until ur truck fixed thurs is our final day

Im on the road wit my trainer. We took a load frm wisconsin to GA I drove all da way down to KY then he took over. So far its cool other than the fact he opted to have his truck set at 59mph but it don't make a diif cuz that's what ima set my truck at and get the extra money. Well that's all I got now so go luck to every 1 and I'll post 2marra

I left there a few weeks ago,I have 14 years of experience.The facts on WEL are Loose Leaf logs,you,ll run massively illegal,especially regional out of Wi.,you,ll still go to N.J.,tx,GA. etc.,fuel map you can only fuel at places on the fiel map,trip planning is more work,seldomly paid detension pay,They had 28 drivers out of service in1 quarter,there on the DOT watch list,DOT set up outside of the ALLENTOWN PA. terminal,lot of overweight loads,serious lack of maintenence,slash Marten and CR Englands rates to get contracts,extremely disorganized,they double in size in 2 years,I hear 2 years ago they were disorganized and now it,s terrible.They can,t hire drivers as fast as they quit. The worst screwing in my 14 years of driving.The mechanics are the worst I,ve ever seen. I would stay away from them,bad news top to bottom.They can,t handle the freight they have.
