L.W. Miller Co. - Logan, Ut.?

I used to work at a chemical plant on the central coast of CA. From time to time we had LWM trucks come in to pick up product. I will say that they had about the cleanest tankers of all the common carriers that came through our plant.

However, on another board I have been reading some bad reviews of LWM. Including someone that did the greencard deal through truckersforusa. That person really got shafted, and they are no longer in the US.

 

Do not go and drive for LW Miller,for so many reasons.

But then again you will have to find out for yourself I guess.

Dale the main dispatcher is one of the most angry misserable arogant little pricks I have every met. He is just so hard to work with and is such hard work,I hated trying to be nice to him,But sadly that is what you had to do in this company,Greese up Dale,I spose it never really made any difference in the end as I still did not make a wage.

 

Ofcourse out of the 8 of us guys fro overseas I had the worst deal as I had a wife and 3 kids,and had to get into thousands of dollars in dept just to buy tickets to return back New Zealand and then live in a tent for weeks.
I am still not over it,I will never forget what LW Miller done to us.Religous people hey,The more I meet the more I dislike them and realise that Religion is Satan and not God

Thanks,but i'm interested to know where you read about the guy who got shafted.Is there really no good news on LWM out there anywhere?

 

Examerican is the person you should talk to as it is his response posting from another board that I was referring to...well actually it is the same board...different forum. It is under bad trucking companies. It won't let me post a link even though it is from the same board...

 

I am sure there have been many other that have been shafted as well,Like most of the guys who were at LWM from overseas while atleast I was there,
Not to Mention How TRUCKERSFORUSA abandon us pretty much the whole time we were there,They kept missing the deadlines for our visa extentions,they never returned our phone calls,Oh they were so useless in so many ways.

They could have helped us when LWM decided not to go ahead with the greencard,But we never heard from them at all,Annette could of sent us to another company ,but told us she had nowhere for us to go,What a lie that is.

Annette lied the whole time we dealt with her

 

To the guy that wrote the crap about LW Miller.....you dont know what your talking about.
There were no 8 guys that were "shafted". There's a few Australian truckers at LW Miller and they love it. They get paid well, they enjoy the work, they like the gear and most of all they love America and have work permits from the immigration office.

 

Truckers For USA has recruited hundreds of truckers from Australia and New Zealand to work in America. Not a single incident during 8 years of operation. I know many people that have been recruited by them and got their work visas and loved their time in Anerica. I find it hard to belive that you are telling the truth.

 

This means about TFU and what happened to me.

Have'nt
beenaround the USA or USA OTR long have we,Because if you had,you would be one of US,not an outsider and would know the History of us Overseas drivers.

I have lived in the USA since 1993 by the way,So do not tell me you think you know anything about the USA and how it works,I have not just driven USA OTR all this time.
