Gunman kills 32 on Virginia Tech campus
(CNN) -- A lone gunman is dead after police said he killed at least 21 people Monday during twin shootings on the Virginia Tech campus -- the worst school shooting incident in U.S. history.

"Some victims were shot in a classroom," university police Chief Wendell Flinchum said during a news conference in Blacksburg.

Police believe there was only one gunman, Flinchum said.

Yet another knucklehead whose Mom didn't hug him enough, too bad they killed him, or he killed himself.

I don't get this, 20+ people dead because this guy has a problem? insane.

Government officials told The Associated Press that the death toll had grown to 31, including the gunman. CNN is working to confirm the report.

YEP! Here we go again! MORE GUN CONTROL.


This was very TRAGIC and senseless to say the least. Should never have happened.

BUT, we all ready have GUN laws..Let's enforce the one's we have instead of making more.

My point is if everyone is packing, the bad guy has no advantage. You walk in to a classroom full of college kids all packing, you die.

Iam agreeing with you!

We have enough LAWS ... but now all this is going to do is bring up that we need more laws and more GUN CONTROL.

I feel real bad for everybody involved in this. I can't imagine going through something like this.

But I can't help but think that if someone had a GUN they could have stopped him before he had killed so many people.

what people are forgetting here is the shooting victims hell is over but it has just begain for the families of these college students. unfortunatly the shooter killed himself. he was definitly in line for a chainsaw rectal exam...................
