WiseOne's Comments, Why didn't Sprint just do like Dell and hire a bunch of customer service reps from India so the customers could babble all they want and the morons wouldn't even understand them anyway, LOL...Just MHO

These folks called customer assistance 40 or more times a month. I say good riddance.

Sprint does that anyway. Ever try to talk to someone in Sprint CS that you can actually understand?

I see it the other way around. If a customer has 40 complaints per month, why are they still customers of Sprint?

Its sad to say I have had sprint for over 9 years.
They have terrable customer service. Its hard for me to believe any one would want to call and deal with the waiting and BS that is needed to deal with sprint.
The hard part that if you live near one of their company stores, and you go there to have the problem handled they have to call customer service just like the customer.
Still in the 9 years plus that I have been with them I dont think i call more than 5 times a year. Some years not at all.
I do understand the problem and agree fire the customer.
