A former Illinois state trooper has been ordered to pay $1 million to a couple he encountered during a traffic stop along the Tri-State Tollway.
This traffic stop, however, was anything but routine.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the couple was stopped by then-trooper Jeremy Dozier, who ordered them to strip and urinate in a ditch.
Fearing Dozier was an imposter, the couple fled the scene and called Illinois State Police, who then dispatched Dozier, unaware that he was already involved.
The couple ran again and called local police from a friend’s home.
Dozier was later convicted of bribery and official misconduct, and sentenced to six months in prison.
This isn’t the first time Dozier’s behavior has been called into question. In 2005, Dozier happened upon a nude couple in a parked car near the Tollway. He ordered them out of the car, still naked, and told them to lie on the ground and make snow angels, the Sun-Times reported.

I don't know if AFLAC would cover snow angels. They'll probably just garnish wages if he works above board. Doubt it would be much $ though after that conviction.
