Imagine that!

"Pot" Clubs are illegal, even though California voters okayed it's use for medicinal purposes. Shut 'em down!

But now, San Francisco wants to observe addicts shoot their illegal drugs to be safe(r)?!
And that's NOT illegal?
Hmmmmmmmmmm

I thought the idea was to eliminate drug addiction, not provide a safe haven for addicts to do what they do to STAY addicted.
Some "help" they're providing!.

When the word gets out about San Francisco, I'll bet their population numbers will grow. But many will probably NOT have a brick & mortar address, unless it's a homeless shelter.
Build a better mouse trap and they will come..
Who will San Francisco call then?
Ghost Busters?
The Pied Piper?
Narcs?
Don't ask --- Don't tell?
Drug dealers?
Who, Who, Who???

But figuring WHERE we're talking about, it's highly possible that the SFPD will have sympathy.

If we follow this story to a logical conclusion, based on what has been reported, health personnel observing the addicts shoot illegal drugs into their collapsing veins for a recreational thrill, make that practice "safe" --- or at least safER.

I'm thinkin' those health folks will be supplying clean needles and syringes too. Those store bought syringes sure beat blowing junk into your bloodstream through an old ball-point pen ink cartridge with the ball removed and the metal tip ground sharp on the sidewalk.

But,...............................
Whadda 'bout the illegal drugs?
How will anyone know the QUALITY of that street stuff?

That's what this super plan is supposed to prevent!

Best way to do THAT, would be to ALSO supply the illegal drugs --- to better control the quality.
AND a place to score?
AND a place to shoot?
Could be a place called The Ultimate Fix.
Put in a Big screen TV and serve refreshments.
A place where old friends can meet,......if they live that long.
Whudda Country!

How MUCH is all this gonna cost me, the legal taxpayer?
'Cause I'm seein' another gubment handout on the insecure horizons.
What's next? Health Care for the perpetually addicted recreational users of illegal drugs?

Sure takes away some incentives for getting clean! Now they can shoot more and know there's a nurse handy with "narcon" and a few other meds in case they do OD. I can go along with handing out new syringes because they'll use them anyways. I can also go along with more treatment programs that are so desperately needed!!!!! But this!!!?????
