Quote:
PHNOM PENH (Reuters) - The price of rat meat has quadrupled in Cambodia this year as inflation has put other meat beyond the reach of poor people, officials said on Wednesday.
With consumer price inflation at 37 percent according to the latest central bank estimate, demand has pushed a kilogram of rat meat up to around 5,000 riel ($1.28 from 1,200 riel last year.

Hey, this gives me an idea. This is a good way for NYC to get out of debt. Export its rats to the Cambodians.

This is a win-win for everyone.....American ingenuity at work again.

L.A. can do the same and get people off of Welfare too.

You of course realize. That this opens a whole new market for the homeless in our major cities. free time = easy money.

Rat Hunters "R" Us --- Catering to restaurants all over the Asia minor/major.

Think of the people we could help out. Here in America, and abroad.

Anybody need a job? I need sales staff (here and abroad), and line workers. Oh, and a few 100 rat killers. You can work from home too...if you have the inventory

You haven't lived, until you've eaten rat meat.

Not a lot of differance in texture than beef, once you roll it in a taco shell.

I don't even want too guess how many times I've eaten dog or cat meat.

The only things I can't bring myself to eat..are oysters, clams, and those #### snails.

Snot on the half shell....aint fer me.

My cousin went to the Philippians while in the Corps he said over there they called rats "Roof Rabbits". Hell, a rat is a rabbit with a long hairless tail right?
