36-year-old Boise woman and 30-year-old half-brother arrested, charged with incest

Brian L. Reed, 30, and Marilyn R. Lee, 36, are both being held in the Ada County Jail on felony incest charges.
Boise police say they arrested Lee at her workplace just before noon Wednesday. Reed, Lee’s half brother, is a registered sex offender who was already in jail on a probation violation when he was arrested on the same charge Tuesday — the same day the arrest warrants were issued.
Boise police officials didn’t release much information about the case Thursday other than saying they began their investigation earlier this year after Idaho Department of Probation and Parole agents asked for help with an ongoing case involving Reed.
Boise police say the sexual activity between Reed and Lee is reported to have taken place over the last several months at various locations around Boise, and that Ada County prosecutors made the decision to file the incest charges

No I am saying who are they hurting? My family is fine even though a pair of half siblings were humping somewhere. My family also survives despite same sex people humping and swingers clubs meeting for the sake of humping. Whatever you and your ol' lady do to get your freak on also has no bearing on me or my family's life. It is none of our business.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. Now that is some sick stuff however more common than most people think. A couple up the road a mile from me are 3rd cousins and they are married and have two kids together. Now that is some sick S@## but im not going to call the cops on them. I still have no idea how they coulda gotten a marriage lic. but who am i to judge. Oh wait i did...sickoooos

I agree thought that the police did waste time on it instead of doing other things. However if its a law and it is broken then it is there job so in the end they were doing there job.

It just goes to show the cops and courts in Boise Idaho dont have anything else to do then go after someone for something petty, i remember a few years back when Boise police arrested 2 women for taking popcorn from one theater to another theater, that even made the tonight show with Jay Leno,, I think the police and courts in ada county need worse crimes to deal with. Get A life Boise Police and courts.
