I have had the same problem more then once at 2 different banks. I asked them how many people come in with great credit score and no savings or capital at all and they make a loan I run 3 accounts at the same bank business checking with a fairly high revolving balance personal savings and checking and they say that I have a low score because I havent borrowed enough money in the last five years. What kinda sense does that make looks to me like a man with money in the bank that isnt downthere asking for a loan everyother day would be a much smarter bet then some guy that makes a little paycheck everyweek and gives ever bit of it to people just like them. I have decided if I cant afford to pay cash for it then I will just go without it. I have ran two fairly decent size businsess for over 8 years and have made it without them so far so I say to hell with em.

an ironic twist on Mapua artist Roger Griffiths' protest withdrawal of his $190,000 savings in $20 notes from Westpac yesterday, the money was today back with Westpac.
Mr Griffiths deposited the cash at the Nelson Building Society in Richmond, but because NBS banks with Westpac, it has deposited the money there.
NBS general manager Ken Beams said today it did not hold huge amounts of cash.
"Westpac clears our cash for us. It is better to sit in an account earning interest, and that's where it will be now."
He appreciated the irony. "It's ridiculous, really."
Mr Griffiths said today he had no idea that would happen next. "It's just a little merry-go-round."
However, he would not move the money again, and did not think his protest had been a waste of time, because of the support he had received.
Westpac declined to comment on the return of the money to its coffers.
