PLACERVILLE, Calif. -- A Bay Area sex offender fathered two children with El Dorado County kidnapping victim Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was found safe this week after her abduction 18 years ago, law enforcement officials said Thursday.

A parole agent's questioning of 58-year-old Phillip Craig Garrido led to the discovery of Dugard, who was 11 years old when she was kidnapped 18 years ago in the El Dorado County community of Meyers, officials said. Dugard turned 29 on Thursday.

Wow, this is amazing that this little girl was found after 18 years, but the poor thing will never be normal. Two kids now, 11 and 15. The younger one is the age that she was when she was kidnapped.
