Ummmm, I don't recall any news reports stating that the kids at Columbine...or any office massacres for that matter...were yelling "Allahu Akbar" translation..."Allah is great"....before they went on their bloody rampage...do you? He didn't convert to islam, he was born into the religion. It now turns out he also attended the same mosque as 2 of the terrorists from 9/11. He reviewed a poor (negative or BAD for those of you who are too liberal to understand the meaning of words) OER ( Officer Evaluation Report ) while he was serving as a psychiatrist at Walter Reid in VA. The reason why he received the poor review is his breaking protocol by trying to force his religious beliefs on others which is a major violation of military protocol. MULTIPLE complaints were filed against him, but they were disregarded. Why you ask? Due to our politically correct system. He made clear on MULTIPLE occassions he was a muslim first, and American second. That statement alone means he is incapable of keeping his oath to defend America against all enemies foreign and domestic.

So here's my idea; being that I am a warmonger, a Texan (aka screw being politically correct), and am sick of this nations descent into a shiberal lithole let's round up these people defending this mans actions. Nana and I will buy the rope, and I think we can find a good tree to start hanging them 1 by 1.

IROC you might need to brush up on law a lil hun.

(1) he is STILL a uniformed member of the armed services and as such his case will go before a military tribunals
(2) the offense happened on federal property, and as such would be tried by a federal level court, not state level
(3) before he can ever be tried he has to be proven mentally capable to understand the charges against him
(4) more evidence is coming forward pointing towards his being in league at some level with terrorists, as such following a military trial he can and most likely will be charged by the federal government as a domestic terrorist.
(5) Since the late 70s ( I may have the wrong era) there have been 13 death sentences given by the department of the Army. All 13 are still awaiting the carrying out of the sentence at Ft. Levenworth.

Despite this happening in Texas, Texas law will have no effect on the case.
