If he doesn't die, and he's "mentally competent" to stand trial, I hope he gets the very most the law in Texas can give him!

Oh, wait, it will be a military trial, won't it? Does the Army give commissioned officers who murder the death penalty?

Also, if his objection to going to Afghanistan was that it is against his religion to kill, then what is the logic of going on a rampage and kill Americans?? Also, he was a PSYCHIATRIST....what combat would he see from an Army hospital???

the major and his accomplices, if any, will stand trial in a military court room, be convicted and go to FT leavenworth kansas for a short time, then be exicuted

The reports are so sporadic, still, and every news report on XM seems to contradict another.

One says that there WERE no accomplices, another says he didn't act alone.

Guess we will just have to wait until the dust settles, and the whole story, in a day or two....
