    The winter will really thin the workforce.Chaining in a blizzard not fun.ND needs to build infrastructure but as anyone who has made accommodations to benefit oil companies know when they decide it is over they just stop without notice.

    The companies that have been making the oil booms for BP have learned this the hard way.

    yeah, but the OP is making 70k! fighting with locals, bathroom breaks in a zip lock and a crude oil bath. What's not to like?

    On the coldest night of last winter here in Fargo the battery in my P/U truck froze solid.It was only -35 that night it gets much colder at times.

    So do they have lots of tractors to drive or do you need to bring your own?

    I was told to bring your own house....

    I wonder what it costs to fly in and out on days off?
