ben528 you have only been doing it for two months and have had more things to write about than most in a year.I suggest you keep a diary for a year you would probably have a good book to write.

This place is 4000' up and it is no where near as hot as Iraq was. About 112' this yr according to weather man at dirt field they land C 130, 17's and lots of Russian and other assorted Soviet block money makers. Seems #### hot . I guess it's the UV factor up so high. Normally dusty and can't even see mountains that surround us. Less than 5 miles away in most cases. No You Tube allowed here. Don't know why. Most of this has been on Frontline and other shows years ago. Great group of men here. Always between 4-6 12 man A team special forces here. Lot of these guys are on their 3-5 deployment. Many have pics of riding horses in 01-02' w/ full beards and amazing stories. And of course the latest and neatest killing and snooping stuff. Ken is putting his Christmas list in. :biggrin_2559:
A nice easy drive from Bismarck to Minot would be nice about now. See that awful coal plant and power plant that has made all the surrounding terrain unsuitable for farming. Lakes, pheasant. Guess OBambi never actually set foot in any of the states he wants to ruin by getting rid of coal and oil. Of course about mid Jan Ghanni land might be sounding better. It does get brrrrr cold up there in ND.

    Wallhack Thanks this.

Is there an airport close enough that you can fly in and out of every two weeks?
