Water in PA is a joke.
Sand haulers average $2400 per week in PA.
check out Barnhart transportation, Roy Struble trucking, or Lansberry Trucking

I get paid a percentage per BBL hauled and sometimes I get really hosed when the frac is down. I hear about everyone else getting paid hourly. Is it even legal to only be getting paid percentage and not hourly? Some say yes and some say no. But I can't find anything that actually says how we are suppose to be paid.

It is legal. Even profitable in ND.
Not worth it in the Marcellus.

The only thing that companies have to do is pay you minimum wage for all hours work. If they are an Interstate Transportation Company, they are also exempt from paying overtime.
