It is this urgency, as opposed to the relative slow-and-steady flow of oil, that makes the water hauler in such demand, able to command prime dollar. -
Can anyone give an update on Gemini in Windsor. I'm hauling frac sand in NM and wanting something a bit more challenging. Also would like to move out of this area. I'm making 72-73K here but not really enjoying it. Never home unless the truck breaks down. What is the cost of living like in that part of CO. Any information would be appreciated.

My advise is.... If you're already making over $70k, stay there.... whatever the reason is making you wanna change...get used to it.....cause you know that the new employer, any employer, will give you two more reasons for every reason you have and will make you end up wondering if your new decision was a good one or even a smart one. Besides, I want to give up sandhauling myself..... but until I figure out how to afford life doing something else besides trucking, I guess am stuck doing this for now, may even go back to 48 state.... more distracting and at least I'd get multiple days off.Hmmmm? Matter of fact, what the heck.....GO FOR IT !

Stay away from Gemini in Windsor for now. I just left there. They have had a lot of management issues and it cost them a contract with Whiting Oil and Gas, their best paying loads. They have changed mgrs. but still have a lot if issues to work thru.
