Just watched your video, thank you very much. I graduate next week with all my endorsements and hope to get on at a oil field. Hopefully I will see you out there! Any contact info would be appreciated!

You mind letting us know who you are working for and if they are still hiring? If you don't want to divulge that how about where some of these saltwater disposals are you mentioned. About to get my CDL and really need to get to work. Would definitely appreciate any help.

I'm not telling my companies' name as I don't want to draw attention to the new guy. Companies that are hiring:

    Basic
    Key
    Neighbors
    Crest (pumper crew)

If you're from up here, literally drive down 380 between Denton and Jacksboro and you'll see 10 'cdl wanted' signs on the highway.

Tell me where you are and I can help more.

Thanks Crewjohn... I'm in the Austin area and was primarily focusing on the area south of San Antonio but am willing to go wherever. I've been kinda overwhelmed by all the different info out here but your quick reply is really encouraging. Thanks a lot.

You're in a great place. South Texas is paying much more than up here, with the cheap cost of living associated. Look up Schneider trucking. Their making a big transportation play in the eagle ford.

Austin to San Antonio is not far . Cibalo is next door to San Antonio , you could check with a company called Sanjel , they have cementing, fracing , and coiled tubing .
They work 15 / 6 24 /7 . I am not sure what the American rate of pay is , as I am from Canada but it is similar and we have young men earning $ 100,000 plus each year. Different economy I know , but the work is good . They have a super camp south near Mexico that you spend some of you 15 day tour at and you are well looked after . I would imagine the weather would be a bonus as it is warm compared to here in Alberta just before Christmas it dropped to -33 c even cold in f ... :) I was in Cibalo in late November to deliver a new scm twin pumper ( built by Sanjel in Calgary Alberta ) to our shop there and I am ready to renounce my Canadian citizen ship to live there :) just for the weather alone ....
