Brother please come back to the company. We now have free housing in gage,ok 3500$ sign on bonus, boot program, we are running gas and zipper wells, which means more loads for you, eagle one is helping drop off at location, then you will blow each dropped load at 75$ each. We have a new terminal manager, new general manager, and you no longer handle your own hoses. That's the pushers job. If u have a dot inspection and pass, that's a 50$ gift card. Quarterly safety bonus, direct deposit, and i will be your trailer tech. Give us another shot! Give me a msg I'll contact ya

After reading some of the posts, Why wouldn't Malt go back to their old ways after the work slows down a little?

I wouldn't come to Maalt. Not right now. Things are way too fly-by-night around here right now. It didn't used to be bad. We were making around $250-$350/ day and home every night. Now, they have shifted all of their operations to West Texas. We are lucky to run 1 load/day for about $120. They have stopped paying stand by pay and per diem. They are not wanting to pay any mileage, and detention start went from 2 hours to 4 hours. Most guys are getting $250-$400 weekly paychecks nowadays. You can make more working for McDonalds. The owner said that we all have to make sacrifices...while he is getting his new Maserati delivered to the terminal

I'm not talking ####. Just being completely honest. Drivers are dropping like flies. You can decide if this is something you want to deal with or not.

Is anyone working with Maalt now? I have never done frac sand so I am looking to get in since things seem to be turning around. My dads last text message before he passed was, "Find something, anything but the Oilfield." I have been trying to avoid it but I cant stand Dry Van and I loved being out with my dad when I was younger with my chow chow and eating up all my dads beef jerky when he would get out of the truck to hook up (sigh), I am a West Texas girl what can I say.

They look pretty busy around San Angelo nowadays!
Big lake is turning into a sand city.
Omnitrax silo are still getting filled up if I am not wrong, and they are building a 4th Rail Sand Terminal just outside Big Lake, another one further west toward Ranking as well.

You have a few other outfits in town that have sand trucks (Caron and Northwest).
