Did they tell you what they didn't like?

 

Call corporate ask for jackie head recruiter for south division....I was frm cali fresh n sanjel took me on for cementing instead of frac...paid 18hr plus all the goodies I noe frac is around 15 or so pretty standard for newbie but ull make close to 100k....around 75klow end to 120k high end I was there for eight month startdd n January left n july n gross 60k...not bad....but if u come out here just put n apps n the places u want ull get a call back....need more info pm me...im now with mission which just got bough out by calfrac another canadian company n we are supper short staff hiring nthng with cdl....

 

If I'm reading that right, you are hiring no one with a CDL or only looking for people with a CDL?

Do you guys still get bonuses and how do they work. I just started in Texas but nobody mentioned bonuses

 

Went to Sanjel today in cibolo lady said to come back tomorrow they have a job fair. She pre registered me though. Said times are 9am, 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm

 

Takes awhile to get on interview is casual they go over the company then you have a 1 on 1 hr with HR they tell you ok we will call you next week if your selected. Then the hiring process starts they will give you a verbal offer send you for UA and then schedule a physical through work steps stay hydrated for the physical its 2 hrs doing different rotations and bending then lifting up to 100 lbs over your head starting at 25 then 150 chest level and 200 from floor to waist. After then you do a pull pull test to see if you can pull up to 150 lbs after that you climb a ladder skipping 2nd and 4th step up down 5 times. Then they have you look to see if you can focus overhead and below the waist and thats it. They wont tell you if you past until after so go until you can't anymore never know if you met the minimum.

So all in all will take a bit tomarrow, good to know have plans later on.

 

Just a little while lol about half the day. The UA and Physical is done in your home town so no worries driving back for that
