Anybody ever work for this company? They have had an ad in the Williston Shopper forever. They are looking for slurry tanker drivers. I give them a call sounds like 75K a yr salary. Never heard of truck drivers in the oilfield paid salary. Housing is 5-600 for man camp 800 to share a 2bed apt. Thanks

I asked some friends that live in Williston. They hadn't heard of them, but said they would keep an ear out and let me know. Hope you find some info soon.

Ok lemme put it to you this way if a company has to put an ad out or a billboard out and leave it out then what does that tell you...

From what little experience we've had and heard, agree with Ironman6622. My husband got recruited. They called him. No continual ads or billboards, so my guess is they have an extremely high driver turnover rate. NOT GOOD. Usually means they'll run you to death til you open your paycheck & realize you've been screwed. Keep looking.

Rockwater used to pay hourly and went to percentage. A lot of guys quit. Fine place to work. Most of the driving is sand though they also do mud and something called invert, as well as winch trucks and I don't know what else. If you want an hourly job it's not the place for you. Rockwater didn't do anything special going to percentage, now they're like almost all of the competition.

Signs out constantly mean they're replacing the drivers they lost. They're replacing them fast, too.

    tallmama Thanks this.
