I'm just curious if anyone has attended a Sanjel job fair, and if it was worth your time? Their ad says they hire without experience, so I am considering flying out to one at the end of the month. I just want to see if it's worth the trip, or if I should stick to sending in an online app or resume, as I know a lot of companies' job fairs are basically just big advertising opportunities with relatively little hiring actually happening.
Thanks for any input.

Ditto, I'd love someone to comment on the fairs or the Sanjel experience / application process in general. I am thinking of driving over to SA on Thursday.

Hey man, just to update. I went to one of their open house things in San Antonio last week and got an offer. The format is a presentation followed by a short interview with a head of the crew type you applied for, and then they call you back next week if they are interested.
