Anyone here working/worked for them? Spoke with recruiter and was told new drivers start in Farmington or Vernal for awhile before going to CO or ND. Wondering what training (time & pay) is like and about how much you are/were making in the Farmington or Vernal area.

Nope. It's Brady Trucking. Just looking for more info than what's on their site.

I know a guy who hauled pneumatic for them, hauling lots of different things including Frac Sand. My understanding he received no benefits till 1 year and lived in the truck. I wasn't impressed with his deal.

Thanks daf. The recruiter did say they do not supply housing and that their ND drivers stay in their trucks. My wife has us covered for benefits too. Do you have any other suggested companies to try? I'm in Idaho and would like to get home at least once a month to the wife and kids.

Agreed lots of great members and input. Appreciate your comments too. Was originally planning on going straight to ND, but if I can get the experience out of the winter weather first I think it would be more beneficial and make me able to compete for the other companies a little more. My ultimate goal is in 5-10 years be an owner operator. If I get offered the job at Brady and take it then I will start a feed with my experience there so their is more info available (good or bad) about them.

In North Dakota if you do it right you can be an owner op in 2 years tops.

ive seen the Brady ads. If they are big enough to be in just about all the patches they have to be doing something right.

Staying in a truck and working as much as possible is the fastest way to owner operatordom

Brady has ads every quarter , it seems. But I haven't found anybody with anything bad to say about them at all. I had thought to go apply myself, but I didn't want to move to Vernal.
If I were you, I would get their DOT number and Look at their safestat record and check out their BASIC scores. That'll give you any idea of how they operate.

    EDIT**

I got Curious. They actually dont have very bad scores at all. They have some tire issues and the ever present money maker, having lights out/inop somewhere.

Thanks man. Brady doesn't bring in newbies to ND and I talked to a guy there again today about the Farmington and Vernal jobs. I'm going to head out to ND for a few days to see what I can find.
