Anyone have any info? Based out of Pearsall with a new yard opening in Pleasanton.

Got a call from them for an Equipment Operator position.

Lucky I guess. That particular job was a listing on Craigslist with no name or contact. Just a generic Equipment Operator job description.

Flint Energy wants me to start on Monday. 18/hr and an $80 per diem. Don't really want a driving job. The recruiter for Weatherford got in contact with me today. O/O wants me for west Texas. $450ish a day, 1099.

Spoke to a frac guy in Pleasanton working with Pumpco that says he makes anywhere between $2300-3100 weekly. 2 weeks on one week off. Housing provided.

    Patrickm213 Thanks this.

My experience with Weatherford on Tuesday was such a joke. I just wasn't laughing.

Completely disorganized and insulting. Recruiter was a total space case flake.

Had an appointment for what was supposed to be a "private job fair with 3 minute interviews" at 2pm. Got there a little bit past 1 and it was a circus with tons of walk ins. Checked in and was brought upstairs to a holding pen with about 8 other people waiting(most walk ins). At 230 everyone who was there before me and everyone who came after me was gone and I was still sitting there.

I asked someone about it and they had the recruiter check. Apparently they "got my information mixed up with someone who had the same name." By about 3 I was in a room with a manager who clearly did not care one bit and didn't even write anything down. I should have just walked out it was so pathetic.
