    Does anybody here drive for them or know somebody who does? I know they started paying by the hour in Feb. Just wondering what the starting pay is for experienced drivers.

    can't tell you much about texas, they recently expanded into wyoming, bought out 3 pipelines, built a terminal to load trains north of Douglas, bought the small diesel refinery north of Douglas... using the trucking companies already here to haul the crude.
