Good way to get a foot in the door and gather experience.
thats what pusher wants experience in what oilfield trucking / work is.
experience in any companie depends a lot on which yard you ll be based off. -
Select was around here, but had issues related to hiring inexperienced drivers. They don't operate in NE PA much anymore, aside from roustabouts and hose boys and the like. Your experience is likely to vary depending on which yard you're dealing with, as stated above.

Just left Select Tank Trucks in Ok. They shut down the Enid yard the week after I left because the management sucked and the sales people sucked worse.
Went to the Big Lake operation a few weeks ago to take trucks down there and they have a big yard and all they guys stay busy (70Hrs per week). There is a lot of repetitive paperwork but it isn't all that bad.
They are big on Safety which is good and good training around it.AP1977 Thanks this. -

What type of drug test is used ?
-
Unless youre of the Sihk Religion, shouldn't matter on the test. I'm a libertarian, and believe that what you do on your own time is your business. But with DOT involved (and the new regulation coming out) you should always be prepared to pass a hair test if you want to drive a commercial vehicle.
