all the testing re meant to judge your ability to be fit enough, to climb up tank batteries, several times a day, to climb in and out of your truck more than twice a day. to Pull your hose and put them back in the side trays. grip to get those fittings tight , etc.
lets say 6 loads a night = 12 stairs up and down, 24 times in and out of the truck, 12 pull them hose and lift back to trays, etc
Not saying you need to be top fitness competitor , but you got to be somewhat fit enough to do that kind of stuff without putting too much strain on you.

Work steps is most common. There are videos on YouTube that describe it in depth. Specifics will vary by position

The standard regimen you will need to be able to do for the physical test is:

    15 jumping jacks
    9 backflips
    3 minutes of non-stop twerking

    Pretty simple stuff

Good God man, I'm a truck driver... I'm not much of a twerker, I'm more of a planker.

My CDL school only taught us to twerk. We had a Protread video on planking though.

Sounds great, except for the flips. Above my pay grade for sure.

Mine was very similar but added a crawl on hands and knees (later, I learned that prepared you for your ability to grovel to management to get the tools you need to do your job!),
There was a squat position hold for 2-3 minutes...that prepares you to hold still while they bone you! And then there's an upright kneel for 3 minutes...that prepares you to pray you can make money that day or to **** up so you WILL!:biggrin_25514:
