[h=2]MBI worse paying job in bakken (north dakota)[/h] compensation: 19.00 per hr. a joke

Low wages, they charge more for housing than anybody in bakken, lie about reviews, of course they need more recruits, turnover rate highest in the oilfield. Shop around drivers, you can do much better.

Meanwhile they pay 100% of family medical coverage, 100% employee dental coverage, 50% family dental coverage, 401(k) match of 3%, 50% 401(k) match on next 2%, $3/hour night differential, $2/hr raise at 6 months, another $2 raise at 12 months...

Sometimes there is more to life than just the money. I don't know what job posting you saw, but I just hired on at $21/hr day / $24/hr night as a water hauler with no civilian experience (88M in the Army, came out with CDL). I am not claiming they are the best, but they do seem to have the best training program in order to gain the marketable skills to move on. Maybe that's the reason for turnover?
