there is NO security at all of the wells I have every loaded at... there is only a chain link fence around some of the Unloads, others are just in the middle of NO where...

my brother in law retired from the teamsters and keeps his boat at san carlos. he drives down the baja from washington every winter. he will never stop. there is a big retired boating us community there.
he said he crosses the border at 6am sunday and drives as far as he can with his diesal 4x4. he says its a great life and after 30 years he is street wise south of the border
