Anyone still truck NEPA G/O?

I have driven NEPA G/O fields for 4 years, right at the boom. Just over 2 years, I have consulted for 2 companies in water, waste, hydro-vac and transport. Things have really slowed down. Truly thinking about climbing back in a truck and running local. Anyone else seeing or hearing a brighter future up in the NE?
