Ricketts, Sunline, and Lessley Services all lease O/Os for crude hauling.

TY 27 I plan on stay in my general area between SA & Corpus...I'm situated here with my horses & I also opened another business for a tax write off so if I don't find a Co. here I won't do it...I love what I do but I'm ready to get out from under Company driver BS :)

Buy the company and make your own rules. :biggrin_25525: Don't know about y'all but safety is getting totally out of hand trying to justify their existence. Watched the same thing in Iraq. Then Afghanistan, W & S TX oilfields. Safety is important for sure. But that's one of the reasons I left oil patch. On a 17 mile lease road in BF Egypt and you are supposed to get into full coverall, hat, boots, gloves, to take a leak halfway to pad??? Yeah right.

Pfffttt Safety SMH!!!! Its rediculouse...Companies speak out both sides of their mouths...they implement all these safety requirements & tools yet tell us to get more loads..every lease is about an our procedure here.. get to lease stop get out unlock & open gate drive through stop get out close and lock gate ( sometimes more then 1 gate to go through) drive to lease stop chalk cone ground climb battery do yer thing climb down hook up load do paper work stop loading close tank & trailer valves unhook put hose a away finish paper work drive out & do the hate thing again...same procedure everyday yet they want it done faster but safer...no way to do it faster :-/ & our trucks are governed so time between well & LACT can't be any faster either unless you know short routes which I do but there's days when I just don't feel like getting the tar beat out of me from wash board roads
