I've been trucking 30yrs and O/O last 12yrs. Running oilfield in Colorado and want to relocate to S Texas and haul frac sand. Can anyone recommend how trailer should be set up and your opinion on best issue free blower system?

This would best be answered by whatever company you want to lease on with. They do have their own preferred specs on blowers.

You better know someone in S TX or like sitting around truck stop for nothing. They are lined up 3 deep down there cutting each others throats/rates. What used to be a $150 min for say 30 mile trip can be as low as $65 now. Get by on one or two of those a day. Well goes down for a couple of days. Used to get $60 hr to sit as OO. Now lots will give 10 hrs free a day and charge a flat storage rate of $10 after that. Need to have a friend or contact to keep you busy.
