Can anyone tell me if there is any company hauling crude that allows a dog to ride in the truck and or live in the man camp? I really would like to step up my income and I think the south Texas oil field might be the answer. I have to take care of my dog too though!!!

Even if the company you worked for allowed pets in the truck, most well site operators don't allow pets on location.

You're probably going to have a hard time with that in this industry. Not saying it can't be done, but highly unlikely. Nearly all production sites list animals as not being allowed.

Worked with a crude hauler that had a dog in his truck all the time. Some guy on a frac pad last week had a Great Dane tied to the bumper of his pickup. Its probably not something you can count on up front though. Likely more of a situation where if you find yourself in a job where you could have a dog...go get one then. Hoping to have that option right out of the gate is probably not a good idea.
