Wanting to become an O/O. Heard that 1845 is a good company. Can anyone give some feedback about the company? I saw on the Web site that they lease trucks.

Just looked them up. Very very bad company. Safety score is real bad. Vehicle maintenance is the worst I've ever seen. 93% on CSA

They are newly formed company. They are three sand companies rolled into one. Big company but not the best rep (in ND anyway). D&T didnt do well here. They are made up of Rowdy Farms, Gila, and D&T. No clue how the new company is ran so really this response isn't much help to you is it....

1845 has had a lot of money pumped into them by a large venture capital company,,

Looks like they spent it all on booze and cheap women cause they aren't spending it on maintenance

Most sand haulers I've seen look like absolute crap, unless they're an O/O. The worst around here are Bainey, Lansberry and about 50% of 1845. The Rowdy Farms boys I've talked to were all O/O, and their rigs looked sharp.
