Hello Haulers!
Can anyone help me with my Polar tailer that loses air pressure soon as I turn my engine off. Mechanics did some work on the my 2013 Peterbilt tractor air lines last night repaired a air leak on driver side, and now I'm losing pressure to the trailer. As long as the engine is running it maintains 120psi. its not holding air, where should I start looking?

Chock wheels then set tractor brakes leaving trailer knob in get under trailer an lis. for leak you can spray soapy water on lines?

Release valve, maybe.

Check the chambers for audible leaks, and are the spring brakes coming on at all, causing hot brake drums, and smoke?
I had one do this and the truck would stay at 120 psi on both tanks but compressor wouldn't shut off. On the ragged edge of brakes dragging. The bad chamber wasn't dragging. Could barely feel it but could see and smell hot brakes. -
Same thing baha said but maybe release all parking brakes and check the tractor also. Engine off, wheels chocked, trans in gear, thank and be safe!
