Any links? I haven't seem a school, private or community college, offer CDL training for less than $1500 for a month's training.

Jcc is 8 weeks if you do it monday thru friday. They also offer a nite and weekend course but don't know how many weeks total it is.
If your a NC resident with all cost included it will be under a $1,000 when your done.

C1/Driver Solution's tutition is paid by the company you hire on after one year with that company. All company's pay you a salary while training with a trainer.

sure you COULD go that route, but 98% of people that get into trucking DO NOT make it to the 1 year mark. And if you DO NOT make it, and you did the company training thing, expect a $10,000 bill in the mail Due the day they sent it!

And those companies that offer it, with 1 exception (millis transfer) all the other companies that offer it SUCK! $15,000-$25,000 your first year :biggrin_2554:

    Nothing in life is free....
Some companies hire and fire folks more than some change their underpants....once you have made your first delivery, the hiring company has gotten their tax credit for putting an out of work person back to work, AND your money....if you quit, they still get your money, AND GET TO HIRE A REPLACEMENT, AND ANOTHER TAX CREDIT....THEN REPEAT....
