I am not an exec from Pam nor do I work for Pam but if I did I would figure out who you are and fire you. Breach of contract this breach of contract that, you must of been a lawyer before you drove. Did you read anywhere in your contract with PAM about guaranteeing you xyz miles? Exactly you did not. Figure out what it takes to get the miles you need to pay your bills. Judging by the way you responded to everyones' suggestions I can tell you are not a favorite on your DM's board. Your attitude is why you do not get the miles, it is not your company, your truck, the weather, or traffic. Look in the mirror you are the biggest problem. I always excel! Why? Because if I am not a natural I figure out what the other natural's do to be successful. You want to reinvent the wheel. It is not going to happen I do not care who you work for. Good luck! Cannot wait to read about the next company screwing you!

First of all, don't think you got me figured out cause you don't hot shot. Just cause I post something negative about a company doesn't mean I'm lazy or not a natural as you put it. I think you've been watching too many baseball movies man. And just by your very first sentence you painted a real nice picture about yourself. So, you would fire me you say? Is that even legal? What about my first amendment rights? I can say whatever I want about whatever I want bub, the only reason I wrote this was to give people the inside scoop, that way they won't make the same mistake I did. Yeah, you got me figured out don't you ... Cause I'm REALLY from Orlando, FL; I'm REALLY the one working in PAM and I'm not just writing on someone else's behalf. It's the internet amigo, learn the rules.

Have you heard of an at will employer or employee? You, me, anyone that works for an at will employer can fire you without cause when ever they want. Just like you, me anyone can quit anytime we want. There is not a first amendment violation and your rights have not been violated. But you knew that already.

Read the first question on this link.
    http://www.labor.ar.gov/resources/Pages/faqs.aspx

Also in the early 90's it looks like Pam was sued and I'm sure they have made some adjustments to their employee handbook to "improve" their hand book lol.

I wouldn't worry about everyone pretty much is at will.

Ok Mr. Know it all 91 whiskey "combat medic" let's just say for the sake of argument that you have it half right. Let's say PAM transport can fire my client at will without giving him a reason. Let's say they do. Does that in anyway stop my client from taking legal action? People sue and settle with huge corporations for less. We live in America bub, the lawsuit capitol of the world. It's not a coincidence that my user name is RICO in capital letters hombre. But, just to set you straight, it'll never get to that cause PAM has a contract with it's employee and the employee has worked pass the probation period. Stick to medicine and leave the law to me.

Why are you writing in third person? It is true what they say, "You learn something new every day." Working for PAM is like joining the military, you sign a contract and can only be discharged for criminal offenses.

You signed a contract that says you will work for PAM for a set period of time and they will forgive some/part of your school debt. But did/does that contract guarantee employment?

I gave you a harmless suggestion a few days ago then you jumped all over it as if I insulted your
intelligence. But you have shown that your intelligence is no match for those hillbilly rednecks up there in ol Arkansas. I really don't think there is anything I can suggest or tell you that you don't already know.

LMAHO - Dude! If I was speaking in the 3rd person, I would write "Rico said this, Rico said that" - and obviously the one who's intelligence is of a low quality, is none other than your owns, can't believe you reduced yourself in calling them hillbilly rednecks. And for the record you have shown me squat, nothing of what I, my client or the employee states on here can be used in a court of law; especially since this will never go to court. In my eyes there is an injustice to all this and even though I'd love to square off against this "goliath" this is not the purpose for which I, my client or the employee write on here. Because the greatest service we can provide is simply getting the word out with the truth. So that this "massacre" can end once and for all. See, what is the true victory? A sizable amount of money to the one person affected or the simply shared knowledge of the truth? I write on here what I choose; in a way challenging those that read it, bring it. Abuse is abuse no matter if its a 15yr old beating on a 6yr old, a husband on a wife or a multimillion dollar company on the working man. One day, Mr combat medic, youll thank me ...But I see right thru your game bub, you're trying to deflect the issue at hand by getting into it wit me. So back on topic, the point is PAM transport is clearly becoming with every passing day more and more of a team friendly company; leaving the leftovers for the solo driver. So ask yourself future victim of PAM, is this the route you want to go?
