Im at the toledo Ohio flying j and for the last 1 1/2 a young female trainee and her trainer have been going round and round the parking lot practicing backing into parking spots, ,apparently the trainer is doing a good job. They seem to care about there training abilities.

I am in training right now with PAM. Im starting second week. They will sponsor u. As they are sponsoring me. They pay 17.5 cpm but you get paid for all the miles the truck travels as a team not just what u drive. I have been treated well thus far, but remember that I am in training too. But so far so good.

PAM is a good company to start out with, but I wouldn't make a career out of them. Miles vary from week to week, management is indifferent, but they do give you a lot of leeway with screw ups if you're just starting out. My advice as a PAM driver would be to stick the contract out then jump ship without the financial penalty.
As for a drop in PAM drivers seen on the road, practically all of the drivers who could quit last year, did. About 200 in November if the rumor mill is accurate. -
PAM; stay ure contract length (make sure u pay ALL payments), stay safe, keep ure license clean and then run!!!!!! LOL
