Wrongway, Enjoy reading your post, ill be leaving for somewhere in 2 weeks, talked to pam and liked them but backed away because i live in illinois and PAM wanted me to be from Missouri. I have a good friend who will let me use his address and do plan on relocating possably in MO soon, but still got worried about the MO address. Swift and MILL's were the only 2 companies that didnt care if i was in Illinois. Liked Mill but need 500 upfront plus pay for meals, we dont have that money right now. Talked to SRT same out of state license problem there, but they give you meals while in school. guess ill go swift but still lookin.

Boney I hope that you find a good company to work for,

My mother originally started with SWIFT over 20 years ago a lot has changed with that company but for the most part they are a good company as well. Good Luck!

Good luck, Anthony. Study that pre-trip and listen close to your student department as well as your range instructors.

Pack Light Huh, Time to lighten up the bag they say 8 days worth of clothes but that takes up a whole 28inch duffel bag so I am going to lighten that to 3 pairs of jeans, 4 shirts, 8 boxers, 8 pairs of socks, sleep wear, Hygiene stuff, shower shoes, and jacket.

Question should I leave my laptop here until I get my own truck?

That's sounds like a reasonable list. And I'm sure you can always find room for the laptop, though you may not find time to use it. I know I was busy learning and even now rarely pull out the laptop, using my smartphone for everything, including posting in these forums. Good luck man. I know the excitement you must be feelin' right about now. You got this!
