Ok... I knew about the Decker yard in Willard, but didn't know they dispatched out of there. Last time I was in Tontitown, I talked to a decker trainer and he was the one that told me everything was done out of Tontitown now.

Well, I guess I'll find out firsthand soon enough. Still curious why think Decker won't be around much longer?

We definitely should keep each other updated. I start next Monday. Getting kinda anxious. I still have two days left at my old job, and they are 12 hour shifts, hope we are busy so the days go by fast. Good Luck to you Lonewolf and Terry

Cool This Thread

Glad to see all this action on this thread , I started little more than a month ago. I`m in tontitown now will be going to IL to get my own truck in the morning did my road and yard test which where a peace of cake for me .Can`t say it was that way for every 1 this woman here coudnt back in dock and hit a curb but kissed enough ### to get into a truck with less than 50000 miles and i`m getting a truck with 450000 . But I don`t really care just glad to get into my own truck and start making money going to run for another week then head home for 5 or 6 days. I will wright on here in couple more days after my 1st trip or load ..THANKYOU ALL AGAIN The RealBRICKMAN

So how are you getting to IL to get your truck? Hitching a ride with another driver? Seems like just yesterday you started this thread. Hope it goes as fast as it seemed when I go through. Good Luck solo.

Hey brickman don't feel bad bro about what you did because I did the same thing when I use to work for pam. My trainer was a total #### head and had such a bad attitude. He did not say much, mad me do most of the driving with 2 or 3 hours of sleep and when ever I had a question witch at the time I had a million of them he would get pist because of me asking. Needless to say that did not last long and pam got me another trainer and it work out just fine and he taught me so much and was kewl as hell, made my time go by fast and all though I do not work for pam any more I did not quit them because they was unfair in any way just went to another company for better money, good luck man
