Out of the companies with P.A.M transport do you just say i wanted drive fro decker,afs,etc,etc. Or thats not left up to you, far as been a student from MS. Talk to Decker but she said their more of a New England state carrier (hiring area) Any OP welcome??? Thanks!!!!

it depends on where you live, i live in AL and drive for PAM, most likely you will too.

When I was there it didn't matter one bit where you lived or anything like that.
All that mattered was which division needed drivers and if you were going to be solo or team.
I lived in IL and went with PAM, as did my buddy from TN. Another buddy of mine (hired at the same time as we all went to the same CDL school) lives in MO and went with AFS.
For the most part, solo drivers will be with either PAM, AFS, or Decker. Teams will be with either PDS or Choctaw. This is far from a science, but it's what I saw while I was there for two years from 2003-2005.

DH went to C1 in Indianapolis in September '08 and had his choice of PAM, Decker or USA Truck. It sounded like pretty much everyone did get a small list to choose from.

You will most likely be moved to whichever company has the greatest driver need in your area of the country. I was asked to change from Pam to a sister company a few days after trucking school ended due to the other companie needing more drivers.
