The last carrier I worked for bought several T660's with ISM engines and 10 speeds... Meritor rears I believe on Flex-Air suspensions. They weigh 16,400 full of fuel... not bad.

Are you looking for a weight for a day cab or sleeper? If sleeper, about what size?
-
120" ARI sleeper weighs 2,500lbs so im trying to figure out what to put it on. If both trucks weigh about the same might as well go for the hood.
American Trucker -
I would say a good, very conservative number would be about 15,500lbs plus the ARI would put you at about 18,000lbs.
American-Trucker Thanks this. -
Custom sleeper weights can vary wildly depending on what's inside..carpet? Tile? Hardwood cabinets? Big bed? Twin beds? Appliances? Water system?.... the 84" 7' high job I had on my Kenworth was at least 2,000 lbs... it had a water system (the shower was removed when I got it), lots of cabinets, etc.
Plus when you have lots of storage you carry lots of stuff... when I cleaned out my KW i found things I hadn't seen for two years!
Any truck with a 120" sleeper will need a heavy frame or double frame IMHO... I should have done that with my KW.... the single frame just wasn't heavy enough. -
ThePeteStore,
Any progress in learning if ECE/E-Code headlamp lenses are available for the 386 and 387?Gears Thanks this. -
How much it will cost to install this in my Pete 387..... parts ? Labor?

Still waiting on a response from our rep. I'll follow up this week and post as soon as I hear something. -
The Red night light on my passenger side floor board broke and missing, can I order a replacement with the light cover?
