    Light Problem

I have a 94' 379 that the lights work fine on low. The problem is when I hit the high beams not only does the passenger side one not come on, but the low beam on that side goes out . Also the high beam indicator does not work. I pulled the bulbs out and checked the wiring and bulbs and all looked good. Changed a relay in the fuse panel and the lights and indicator worked briefly, not they don't again. Any ideas?
