You may be able to pull the cylinders out and take them to a good locksmith and he should be able to make keys for the ones you have. I have done that for a house that I had and a truck. They are not that hard to pull out if they are anything like a 379. They just have a clip holding them in. Or you could check with Peterbilt but that is obvious.

I think the cylinders may be a Peterbilt or atleast a Paccar only item. But a good locksmith should be able to either change the tumblers inside the cylinders or just make keys for those particular cylinders.

I spray white lithium into the key slot. It does not freeze and the locks work easier. I keep a can in the truck and give them a shot every once in a while.

I know you got the issue solved, but for future inquiries...I was told there are only 23 keys for the old peterbilts. The dealer suggested I bring my truck down and they can try their master set and find the key code. I was asking because my bunk lock doesn't match the truck doors and ignition.
