Paccar's supplier of DEF lines ( Parker ) has updated the lines with a better sealed end. The warranty of the lines has been increased to 10 years 450,000 miles on most trucks. Take you truck to a dealer and you will find there is a recall to install new style DEF lines on most trucks but it is staged. Your truck may not have the recall open yet but if one line has failed most likely Paccar will replace all three.
Volvo on the other hand uses a diffrent supplyer of DEF lines and I have not saw one fail yet. Before the Paccar recall came out we where looking to retrofit some of the Volvo lines onto Paccar trucks ( they have diffrent wire connectors but same fluid connectors ). Who knows someday we still might. -
Having problems with the line heaters in a 2014 367 Pete. I have called them but they show no recall. Does anyone have a site I can check against or any specific information I could use to check on this?

Most likely if your truck is a 2014 it was built with the better DEF lines. We still do see them fail but not as much as the older ones. On another note most new Peterbilts have Voss lines instead of Parkers. Voss is what Volvo uses and almost never fail. How do you know its a DEF line issue?
