i'm also going to run another ground wire from frame to cab and one from frame to the engine, maybe it's losing ground when truck is moving

Posable but with no code I'm leanin on a comp problem. With 850 on truck that's really not to many miles for a comp but is posable. But could be a ground wire but dnt see that

would that make it die and restart then runs good sitting still even at high rpm it's when the truck starts moving that the problem arises

the more we talk about it the more it seems like to me i'm either losing ground or positive wire connection somewhere because of the fact that the truck has to be moving for the probleme to occur

Check both power and ground, it sounds like you have an interuption on one or the other. Its been my experience that on Petes its usually the main ECM power wire in the battery box, try pulling on those wires and see if it dies.
