No. Truck has been parked and I haven't worked on it. But it's time I fixed it.

Headliner is not as much of a pain to pull as it seems....well maybe a little bit of a pain but, once it is out of the way, get some duct tape and tape a garden hose to the sleeper or stack and point it towards the cab roof. grab a beer and put it in the cab, turn on the hose and jump in the cab, hangout sipping beer until the leak starts.

    That's how I did it.

Air line and duster gun on the inside, Soapy water on the outside..

Blow air around with mate on the outside.

WATCH FOR BUBBLES TO FIND LEAK

My 2000 379 had a MASSIVE leak I didn't find until I washed it with the wife in the passenger seat...left the truck wash and when I turned left onto the street, it dumped a gallon of water on her head! I almost wrecked I was laughing so hard...
Check around the air horns, that's where my leak was. I couldn't see where the leak was coming from, it never leaked until the truck wash, so I assume it was coming from the back side of the air horn seal which is under my roof fairing. I used silicone (amazing stuff, fixes everything from leaking roofs to sagging tahtah's) and the leak went away. ######...now my wife wants to go with again...Guess I'll have to find something else to laugh over now.

Lone Ranger 13, did you ever figure out the source of your leak? I have a 1996 379 that gets water in the dash behind the gauges and runs down into the fuse panel. I can see the water dripping out of the dash, but can't see where it comes in. Thanks.

To funny. The thing is that I replaced my clearance lights and there's no moisture in the headliner. Had my windshields replaced 3 times. Guess it's time to remove the drop visor and break out the silicone. :biggrin_2559:

Did your headliner ever show signs of water. It seems crazy if it comes through the headliner but there's no water marks up there. I have had my headliner dropped, I guess this is the perfect time of year to break out the garden hose and work on the truck. -5 degrees last night.
