Water leaks through roof. Doesn't matter if parked or moving. Much water gets in. I have been on the roof and can't see anywhere it could get in. But a lot does get in. Tried pulling down back edge of headliner, but still can't see underside of roof to see where water is getting in. Anybody know where it would be most likely to leak.

Do you have air horns on the roof? Either there or maybe where the antenna comes out in the middle. Also check around the sleeper seal if you have a sleeper unit. Only three places other than the clearance lights that I can think of.

I fought a roof leak on my 379 for a long time once. Ended up being a hairline crack in one of the marker light lens.
Starvin Marvin, TwinStickPeterbilt and Lone Ranger 13 Thank this. -

I got wet carpet passenger side only. From front post it spreads out to about the middle of the seat. Its driving me nuts.
New rubber seals on doors, cab and window. Fresh caulked all around windshield.
Anyone had this ?

Cab lizard, I had similiar problem, ended being AC drain stopped up. My ac was then draining in the passenger floor board.
I couldn't beleive how much water could come out of AC.
Now I have roof leak. Thinking one of my 4 air horns.Cab Lizzard Thanks this. -
Air horns, cab lights, windshields, you name it. Every Pete I've driven has had a leak somewhere, even when they were new. Pull the headliner out and spray water on it til you find it.

I had the same thing on my 2000 379 and could never figure it out. I was finally mad and pulled out all the american class interior and started looking. The leak was very inconsistant and would leak on the fuse panel and behind the seat. I figured out that the rivits in the cab roof cap were all loose and some stuck out past the surface, especially in the front and the back corners. The water travels around the loose rivits and into cab behind windshield then runs down moulding and down corners. I put black silicone (black truck) to stop the leaking.
