I have a 2000 Pete 379. I have a 12" shifter extension I want to put on. My air lines to the shifter are not long enough. For you guys that have done this, did you get complete new lines or just add onto the end of the lines?

Prior to anything else, you must see a Doctor. Do this first and foremost.

Have you ever drove a 379? The shifter is not very long from factory.

You'll need to add extra air line in if you're gonna use a 12" there's only 6-7" extra that could be pulled out.

Peterbilt has pretty much the same length as the other truck ASSEMBLERS ( ownede & driven lots of 379's ) last 1 I sold to a guy who overextended the shifter to the point he was not able to shift it properly.

Give the extension to an old guy and tell him you want to make your truck "Look cool!" and see what he does with the extension and you!
