Checked all the basics... Yes it turned over and even tried some starting fluid and it would not start.. called a buddy of mine at the Cat Dealer and he had me check the number 70 pin on ECM. sure enough it wasn't getting power to the ecm to turn on , so i spliced it and ran a wire to the battery and it started right up.. so i ran the wire to the fuse box to get some juice and once i get back home i'll try and see exactly where the problem is.. Thank you all

Glad you got it going, mine started acting up one day, took it to Pete and they found the ECM connection at the battery bad. I try to make sure I keep it cleaned and tight.

Did you have power to the rest of the stuff on your dash such as heater control, radio and anything else that is powered up when you turn the key on?? If not definantly try the main power relay in fuse box that kwcam suggested. The turn signal problem sounds more like the flasher is on its last leg.
