I bought this truck new and had several modifications done to the chassis and put a custom box on it. I have constantly had problems with getting codes such as "Particulate Outlet Filter Temp" which seems to be the most popular. I have had it in the shop about 30 times and had the DPF Filter cleaned 3 times and replaced once, the sensor replaced along with many times of just having it hooked up to a computer and cleared. Does anyone know what is causing this and what the fix is? I really just want to take it to a field and set it on fire as it is costing me a fortune to maintain and a nervous wreck just waiting for the check engine light to appear in the dash.

I'm not familiar with the 337's, but it might be helpful if you could drop a hint or two as to what engine you have. Probably a PX of some sort, which I know very little about.

Look in to "DPF outlet pressure" reading (in the snap shot for whatever fault is logging) even if it's not throwing a fault for DPF outlet pressure. The SCR catalyst can plug and cause many repeat DPF issues. You don't want to see much of a reading there if it's bad BAD it'll be reading above 10"hg but really anything above 4ish"hg should be investigated.
